ServiceFixes ("ServiceFixes," "we," "us," or "our") is a home systems diagnostic, maintenance, and support service operated by Lumens Technologies Corp. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use servicefixes.com, the ServiceFixes mobile application, and our messaging services, including SMS and WhatsApp (together, the "Services").
By using the Services or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

- Account information: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and login credentials.
- Property and home systems information: details you provide about your home's electrical, HVAC, plumbing, gas, low-voltage, building envelope, and appliance systems, including model numbers, install dates, and service history.

- Communications: the messages you exchange with us through SMS, WhatsApp, in-app chat, web chat, or email, and your message preferences.

- Provide diagnostic guidance, troubleshooting steps, maintenance reminders, alerts, and support.

3. SMS and Messaging Consent
When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring transactional and service-related messages from ServiceFixes related to diagnostics, troubleshooting, appointment confirmations, maintenance reminders, system alerts, and support. You may opt in by registering on servicefixes.com, by enabling messaging in the ServiceFixes app, or by texting START to our messaging number.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@servicefixes.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS or messaging consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing.
We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers and technicians: when you ask us to schedule service or connect you with a provider, we share the information needed to fulfill that specific request.
- Vendors who process data on our behalf: for example, cloud hosting and message delivery providers, who are bound by confidentiality obligations and may use the data only to provide services to us.
