1. The Services

ServiceFixes provides software-based diagnostic guidance, troubleshooting, maintenance reminders, and support for residential home systems, and can connect you with licensed service providers at your request. The Services provide informational guidance and tools; they are not a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, or work performed by a qualified licensed professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Messaging Terms (SMS and WhatsApp)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring transactional and service-related messages from ServiceFixes, including diagnostic responses, troubleshooting guidance, appointment confirmations, maintenance reminders, system alerts, and support.

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@servicefixes.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Safety Notice — Emergencies and Professional Work

ServiceFixes provides informational guidance only and does not perform physical repairs. In an emergency — including a suspected gas leak, electrical fire, smoke, carbon monoxide alarm, flooding, or any immediate threat to life or property — stop using the Services and call 911 or your utility provider immediately. Do not attempt repairs that require a licensed professional. Electrical, gas, and plumbing work may be regulated in your jurisdiction and should be performed by a qualified, licensed professional.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, reverse engineer them, or use them in violation of any law.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any guidance will resolve a given issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceFixes and Lumens Technologies Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, property, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
