ServiceFixes SMS program terms: consent, message frequency, rates, and how to use STOP and HELP.

These SMS terms describe the ServiceFixes messaging program, operated by Lumens Technology LLC. They supplement our Terms of service and Privacy policy.
Program description
The ServiceFixes SMS program sends transactional messages about your repair request only — for example confirmations, verification codes, quote and approval notifications, appointment updates, payment links, and completion reports. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
Consent
You opt in to messages when you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted while submitting a repair request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can reach us by email instead if you prefer not to receive texts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the activity on your request. You may receive messages as your repair progresses through triage, scheduling, quoting, payment, and completion.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ServiceFixes does not charge for the messages themselves; your carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out — STOP
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages for that request. You may still receive communications by email, and you can opt back in by replying START or by submitting a new request.

Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions outside our control.
Privacy
We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy policy for details on how we handle your information.
